Leon Bosch - Interview and Performance

In this interview, Geoff Chalmers meets one of our finest double bassists and educators, the great Leon Bosch. They discuss Leon's teaching algorithm, expression in modern music, being a truly great musician, the responsibility of a teacher, and much more.

Make sure you watch to the end of the video as Leon Bosch performs Yihle Moya by Grant McLachlan, which is adapted from the Hymn "Nkosi Sikelel' iAfrika" by Enoch Sontonga. We filmed this video in a spectacular Left Bank Leeds and it's an unforgettable performance.
