We all have heard Jason Heath interview hundreds (literally!) of fantastic musicians on his podcast, Contrabass Conversations, which he started over a decade ago. It is the most popular podcast for double bassists with over 2 million downloads and counting, meaning the very best bassists have been featured over the years!

We decided to interview the master of interviews himself about the story behind the podcast, finding out some of his most memorable stories, guests, and lessons he has learnt. We could have spoken for hours about all the incredible tales Jason has heard, but we managed to condense it down to 10 minutes.
