Using double bass harmonics can add a range new of sounds to your palette. This lesson gives you some examples of how I use them in my own playing, as well as some suggestions to help you add them to your own bass lines.
Harmonics can give you a wider pallet of sounds to work with and are a really effective way to add variety to your playing. They also work really well as 'Tuning Anchors'.
If you enjoy this lesson please check out my other lesson on using harmonics on the upright bass.
In this lesson I give you a couple of examples playing pizz and one arco (with the bow).
